Include a text when the location is changed. I did receive a call, but because of family events with the Easter weekend, it went straight to voicemail and I didn't see it.

The customer service and overall Uhaul experience is subpar and lacks luster. The fact that I selected a location for self pick up; get there only to be told by an agent over the phone that the location is not self pick up activated is very upsetting! I had to be rerouted to another location and even that location had problems. I wasted over an hour which put me behind schedule with the movers who were helping. I lost money behind this entire day, which was no fault of my own! I have never had problems with any of moving company in my life. This should be reported to transportation authority.

Uhaul was very dirty in cab and back. Had to sweep out debris from entire loading area and black grease got on several pieces of furniture, including my couch. Would not recommend.
