I had a reservation several days in advance of my move today. I was told by customer service that the person in charge of my reservation (Roy?) cancelled my blankets, hand truck and furniture mover. The only way to get the items would have required me to drive 20 miles one way to get the items I reserved in advance. Not a very good experience overall.
