This location is in a terrible location the truck was in a difficult spot to maneuver and the process to rent. The vehicle was very difficult because the person or owner you had to deal with wasn’t there did everything over the phone at the location?

Kevin BThis location was fine if only the other would take up after this one, very disappointed with my overall encounter with U-Haul. I just moved to Florida from NY and upgraded my initial reservation of a trailer a 4x8 to a 6x12 and after receiving assurance that it would be available I received a text the morning of my Pickup that the 6x12 wasn't available. I explained to a manager who's name I didn't get and asked her to expand the radius search for 6x12 and was told that nothing was available. Thank God for my daughter who suggested to the main number and I was to get at another location about 14 Miles from home but was told that none was available. at arriving at the new location to pickup the trailer which I was told it was ready the previous renter still had a lock and trailer secured and never removed her cargo I waited more than an hour for the merchant to get someone to cut the lock and have the trailer emptied. This almost turned out to be a disaster if not for my daughter thinking to call the main number. I say this because I just sold my house and was supposed to vacate the house on that day, your treatment of a customer really needs to improve tremendously thank God that this is my last moving location and won't have to rely on your services. Say what you mean & mean what you say
Jose RBetter customer service! I had to wait 20 minutes to be served. The contact person was not knowledgeable. They told me I could return in another town but when I tried to return to totowa, NJ location they told me I had to return back or Newark,NJ or be faced for $240 transport fee. Just horrible service!
