Fix the steering on the truck it has 120,000 miles and the steering is very loose/sloppy - in the wind and on highways with many curves it was difficult and a bit scary trying to keep it on the road going 55 mph - fyi I have been an automotive tech for 38 years I know what a loose or worn front end is on vehicles
DERRELL EAppliance has bad bearings. Resistance every inch of the journey. Other than that, all went well.

Jose GThe truck was dropped off the same day I picked it up (Friday). I drove by the next day, and the truck had been moved. The truck was checked in Monday and I was charged $60 for an extra day. I called the store and left a message. No call back. I called pick up location. Nothing on my account to explain charge. I called drop off. 'We don't know what that's about. We did everything right' called Customer Service. 'Charged for an extra day. Drop off stores mistake. Refund coming.' I would never recommend this drop off location to anyone. I'd drive back to Marshall and pay the extra mileage.
wanda cI was accused of not returning the uhaul on time and said I would be billed late charges when in fact I returned it early. The guy where I returned just didn’t check it in.

Karla PI'm being charged for gas for a vehicle when we received the vehicle with only a quarter tank of gas and left over a quarter tank in the vehicle. We also received the vehicle full of trash in the cab that we were required to clean out

Sarah SThe only problem was, I reserved the tow dolly on the computer but I lost my wallet on the trip to Missouri so a friend used her Debit card for what I thought was just for identification but they charged her $138.52 that was suppose to be mine to pay.
OLENE Ci rented a truck on march 1st 2021 @10;30am. for the day ,paid n full for a 9-12 mile trip! along with my deposit of $100. i returned the truck the next day on march 2nd by 10;30am. with a half a tank of gas ,and 11/2 miles less than than described ,which is fine by me. but still to this day! {8-10-2021} ,i still have not received my deposit back...

LINDA BI was an after-hours customer and the owner helped me out when I had trouble checking in. He didn't have to do that at all. Will absolutely do all future uhaul business through this location!
