Process was simple and easy.

Zachary bThere wasn’t anyone at this location. Our original location rented our dolly 5 mins before we got there and had no other dolly’s we could rent. The young man at the location said he could not locate another for our use. I called the local dispatch and the young lady was able to send us to imperial but didn’t realize it was closed. She was able to rent the dolly via phone to us. I don’t understand that if we reserve a unit with our credit card why is it rented out rather than held for us. Very disappointed. Didn’t need the stress when moving family members 750 miles.

LEAH WA one way rental should allow for drop off without penalty of equipment in the same town if closer to the renter’s termini.
