Unfortunately, I was called to drive to a different city to pick it the rental that was out of my way. The office didn't open until 10ish and the additional items I rented were not in the truck. I was told by the scheduleing dept that I would get a credit and to find another location to rent the addional items I needed.

Why have me input drivers license info during online check in for them to also enter it all?

Accurate gas level must be required to give out. When renting, you noted the gas was in half but while driving, I found it was three eighth. When returning, I made it half though anyway.

I was forced to return the truck to this location which automatically made me double my milage. When I originally set up this up online I was told that I didn't have to pick a drop off location. When I called to ask why that happened I wasn't given much assistance or any good reasoning. Apparently, I was also being charged as if my rental was for 2 days. Ended up spending almost the complete total of a two day rental thanks to these issues. On top of that i originally set the rental for 5 hours under the 24/7 pick up service and was only given 4 hours time when I did pick up. Seems like it's all a ploy to make sure the charges are doubled. I've always used uhaul for moves and I think this is the last time. Not worth the money or the hassle. Super disappointed. I was charged twice the original online quote when I set up this rental a week ago.

Picked up my rental truck and drove a total of 4 miles and was changed for 2 gallons of gas. I can’t believe that a 10 foot truck used 2 gallons of gas when I only put 4 miles on it. A rental truck that gets 2 mikes to the gallon is a ripoff. Never again will a rent a truck from this location or from uhaul.

Gas Hog vehicles is the only problem!
