Overall Horrible experience. I had reserved at another location and then the night before changed location which was further away. So they charge by the mile, what a great set up so they can charge the customer more. Used the App that was not user friendly had to wait on hold almost 10 minutes to have someone assist me. Ordered moving blankets and Dolly which were not included. When called to let them know, I was told I would have to make a new reservation and go pick up at a UHAUL location about 30 minutes from my home. When asked for a credit, was informed it would be my responsibility to call back and request after rental was returned. So all they want to do is steal your money. Don't USE UHAUL!!!!!

CYLON KWhen setting up the reservation online, I choose a different location and different trick size. I was called and the location and truck size was changed with no care as to how this effected my move. The guy at the counter is not familiar with the products you offer. I was NOT given the correct dolly and was told to go to another uhaul just for the dolly and i have to find it myself. Horrible customer service. The only location that had 1 was 10 miles away so I got to waste 20 miles and gas to go get it. The location on Gadsden hwy was AMAZING! I will never use the Edward's lake rd location again!

annette fI do not recommend any location due to the rude customer service that I received from Uhaul's customer service 1800 number. I had booked my truck in person the day before. I told the representative at this location that I would definitely be coming in to get this truck early the next morning. I asked him what time they opened. I received a call the next morning as I was heading out the door to pick up the truck from around the corner from my office and was asked by someone from customer service if I was coming to get the rental. I responded "yes" and they told me it was too late and that I would need to go to another location much further away. I asked why and how was this possible and they said that due to me not picking up the truck exactly when their office opened my reservation was canceled. No one had called me to ask if I had changed my mind nor told me that I had to be there exactly when they opened. I had given the rep at the location my credit card for them to secure my reservation. I had to come back the next day and reserve the truck again. This caused issues between me and My client on the delivery of their purchased product. The rep in the store was nice but told me that uhaul's customer service canceled my reservation and there was not anything that he could do.

ANGELA AU-Haul dealer at this location uses auto dealership facility which is easy to access and exit. But it took awhile to locate the dealer rep.

LM BThe employee wasn’t very helpful. There was no dolly even though we had reserved it. It’s nearly impossible to move without a dolly. We called uhaul to find a location where we could at least pick one up. The person on the phone reserved one for us. So we drove to another location and they had no record of a reservation and said they did not rent dolly’s for a one way move. So we wasted time and money by driving there and wasted even more money having to purchase our own dolly. Overall not a great experience.
