I did not interact with any personnel. Basically dropped the truck off and put the key in the box.

ROBIN PI will never again use uhaul services unless it is from a uhaul store. This rental was a nightmare from the start. Upon pickup the truck was not assigned to my rental. After sitting on the phone for 30 minutes I was able to gain access to the truck. Upon completing the rental I returned the truck with excess fuel and was charged a fuel surcharge. I called to dispute the charge and was assured the refund would be applied to my payment method only for it to be refused. Nothing but fraud happens at this location.
