had to pick up on Sunday so had to use App.. Took quite awhile to get pictures to upload and be excepted.. The key in the key box was stuck and we had to use a pen to unjam the box..Ann B.

When I called and spoke with a woman, she told me the location has a small truck to rent not a van. When I went there, all they had wax a van. I had to make 4 trips to j load stuffs stead of 2. I was very angry. When I called support to speak with a manager, the guy I spoke with simply put me back in the waiting list instead of transfer me to a manager. I would GLADLY book with this location again. The owner personally sees everything is excellent, provides a business card with his CELL phone number on it to call in case of emergency and is very customer-service focused. Friendlier staff at the location also make sure if you notice someone's husband is much much younger than them you don't refer to them as a â€œsonâ€ unprofessional and ridiculous. Staff members name was AndrewJeff M.
Rep called me at 9:00 to inquire as to when van would be returned as I told him I expected to be back at 8:30. I returned the van sometime between 8:30-9;00 am and left the keys in the 24 hr return slot. The rep was extremely rude when we talked saying he told me to hand him the keys upon return and kept referring to me as â€œfriendâ€ in a very condescending tone. I never plan on renting from this location again. Rep needs significant training on how to deal with customers.WILLIAM G.
