Terrible customer service, tone deaf and over billed me

They must be poor cause they were trying everything to charge me for anything they went as far as to stage items in the truck to charge you after you turned the truck in. Then if that didn’t work they said you didn’t turn the truck in. It’s a problem.

Had to wait over 40 mins because the UHaul is through a 3rd party smoke shop. The people who run the shop are extremely rude, tried to overcharge me and acted ignorant about the entire process. Throughout the time I waited for them to confirm they were unable to charge the same card I used to book the reservation and the woman started to become combative with me. It was such a displeasing experience , U-Haul needs to vet these third party providers better because this experience was HORRID.

The process was unclear. I thought I was going to a regular uhaul location to check out the truck but was dropped off at a random street. When I got there, there was no uhaul signage anywhere. I finally found a uhaul truck which matched the license plates I had on the application. The truck was unlocked and no keys inside. On the application, I was being asked to go through a handful of identity verification steps. Altogether, it took about 45-50 minutes to get through the steps and pick up the keys. For these type of reservations where identify verification and back and forth communication is required, it would be helpful if uhaul takes a proactive approach to explaining the process.

Was charged $54 for a fuel fee when I put more fuel in that it had when I picked it up. Fuel tank was almost empty when I picked it up and the truck was filthy dirty.

I had ordered furniture pads, and there were none in the truck. They said they didn’t have any and took off the charge. Also the license plate of the truck we received didn’t match what was shown on the site.

Yall, I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed anything in my LIFE but I’m sitting here in the parking lot trying to save my SISTERS from coming here as soon as I can….. if you think this place is close to you or something and you wanna rent a truck from here out of convenience PLEASE dear ANYTHING drive a little further and get it from somewhere else. I rented a truck from here to move to a new apartment at around 5:30pm. I reserved it for 5 hours. They DO NOT have a late night drop off for keys!! After moving for literally 8 hours, I had to come back this morning at 9AM when this SMOKE SHOP opens and return the key to the truck. Yes, to get the key you have to go inside the smoke shop?? sure okay whatever honey.. Worst part was when I returned the truck at 10:30pm last night I took all the necessary photos on the app, and submitted them and officially closed out my reservation. But when I returned the keys this morning they made me take the photos AGAIN…. I told them I submitted them on the app last night and the girl at the smoke shop counter was like well we didn’t get them so I had to go back and take them again. I know I sound like a Karen yall but girl I’m 23, it took me 8 hours to move last night, and this place is just so inconvenient so plzzzz heed my advice and do not come here girlllllll

This location has NO late night key drop. They close at 8:30pm and open at 9am. Wouldn't recommend this location.

There were some delays and I felt like a discount should be given as I had to wait 30 mins for the arrival of the truck.

Two times ive rented from this location and each time in the middle of a hectic schedule ive had to stop everything i has planned to operate as repair coordinator. first the tires were shot costing me 3 hours, then they approved for rent a car with non functioning AC that required 3 hours just to have looked at, THEN to add insult to injury, they said “oh keep the car till 6pm, then CHArGED me the extra time when they werent supposed to! absolute logistical failure nightmare of a uhaul experience twice!

The online self check-in is not properly working and Incense Pro is not prepared to welcome the customer with another alternative. They had to call someone to know what to do and that someone had to do research so it took 30 min for me to finally get the van although I had put all my information on the U Haul website.

Check in process was a nightmare. Website / online check-in did not work, person at site could not help us. Took over an hour to check-in Were charged insurance coverage, which we did not agree to.
