The truck I rented was not available at the original location I rented it from. I got several messages from UHaul sending me to different locations. When I got to the rental location, the truck was not there. When I called the office, they sent me to yet another location. I was told someone would contact me and offer me compensation for my inconvenience, but after two days, this has not happened.
