However, my experience overall with U-Haul was absolutely terrible and I will never use U-Haul again. The only thing that made it right was this little local team. But only after significant numbers of phone calls and visits to multiple locations to resolve the issue.

DR WLance was always very friendly and polite and professional. The facility was always in shape clean organized and everything worked. I have absolutely no complaints and nothing but compliments for Lance and his operation. I would definitely use this location again and would recommend to family and friends.
LEE B | Overall ExperienceLance Simon, the manager at this location, had no idea what he was doing. It took us 45 minutes to get a 5 by 8 trailer and I had prepaid for it already. I would pay for an extra day to get a trailer somewhere else just so I didn't have to deal with him again.
Matt CMold and rat droppings. Owner said there was nothing he could do about it. Interesting that our other storage facility did not have any of these problems because they put pest control pads in the corner of the units and sprayed.

Audrey ZEmployee didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. He also didn't crefit us for the $100 deposit as we paid in cash. Upon returning the truck, we couldn't get our $100 deposit back because he didn't apply it instead he said he gave it back to us but he is a liar as it was on camera as we paid with 4 one hundred dollar bills and a one dollar bill.

Theresa BI reserved a truck a month in advance to pick up in Liberty, MO. I was informed day before I had to pick it up a a different location. I called to have it switched back and got no help. I would be willing to bet most of the people picking up trucks in Liberty did not reserve their truck before I did a month early. I was not able to make it too The new location at the requested time of 9am because it is farther away. I called to have the pick up time extended and was told that they would hold the truck until 2pm but I could pick it up anytime before. We arrived a little before 11am. Truck was not there. Needless to say I was not happy. I should have been able to pick up my truck at the place I requested and the time I requested a month before.

JERMAINE GI did not like the return procedure. I couldn't get your software to recognize my cell phone and I called the U-Haul corporate office about what to do. The first agent said keep trying and when I told her I tried three times she just said to keep trying and there was nothing she could do. She was not helpful at all. I watched your video again and then looked on YouTube videos thinking I could find a way but was unable to. I then called U-Haul main office again and that agent was very helpful. She said don't worry about it because they can show I called in. She also said to take a picture of the odometer in case an issue came up and someone would call me on Monday. The entire process took me a half hour. That is ridiculous. The recording you have said that it takes 15 minutes to check in, if done correctly. That is even ridiculous. What if I didn't have my cell phone with me, or even didn't have a cell phone for some reason. Your check-in procedures need to be changed.

Someone should make sure everything is in working condition before people show up for a reservation. I understand if I had just walked in, but that wasn’t the case. I was discounted $20 for my hassle, but I feel I should have gotten the entire truck rental taken care of and I would had paid the mileage and the taxes on the full amount .

COURTNEY FTHE TRUCK WAS NOT THERE HAD TO DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR TRUCK AND THEN ANOTHER LOCATION FOR DOLLY AND PADS. CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WAS HORRIBLE, IN NO WAY DID THEY TRY TO HELP US IN OUR MOVE. SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA OF THE RESERVATION.WILL NEVER USE THIS UHAUL AGAIN.

Mona OThe truck I received was infested with roaches. I called the location and he said he would call me back shortly. To this point, 3 days later, I have never received the return call. The blankets I ordered were not loaded. This was piss poor all the way around. I had to call and find a different truck at a different location 30 miles away.
SHAWN EHe tried to get me to go somewhere else to drop off the Uhaul, and did not want to be disturbed.
Jason SI probably wouldn't recommend for truck rental since they only had one truck. Primarily a storage location.
