Arrived right before 10 AM as my scheduled pick up was at 10 AM. The place did not open until 10 minutes after 10 AM. Then I had to wait 20 minutes after that because the person that deals with rentals was not there. Had to hook the trailer up myself, then wait for the person to take pictures.

Got here and the 3rd party vendor did not even know how to get the process going. There is a little bit of a language barrier due to the vendor being of Indian nationality. Waited nearly 45 minutes for my truck.

would not CHOOSE (i had NO choice - ONLY place truck/trailer were available) to pick up at a "Neighborhood Uhaul" location (this was an indian grocery store) where no one knew how to attach/connect a trailer and communication was a challenge. they made a hell of an effort and i truly appreciate it. i was notified three days before the pickup date that the "real" uhaul location (where i had been to before) did not have the equipment available (i was real bummed out) and had to drive across town to the grocery store. all in all, everything turned out well. a successful move.

Waited one and a half hours for the owner to arrive. Then waited another 30 minutes as they fumbled with getting the keys. Had to go back the day after dropping off the keys to have them close my reservation. Never again.

You all place a price on website and hide the mileage fees in small print. Your 3rd party vendors do not supply a copy of contract and only ask for a digital signature upon pick up. Considering a small claim against business due to unethical practices and hidden fees
