I originally went to another location and it was booked and the interaction was friendly. They did not have strapping so we purchased this at a local Home Depot and returned only to find out that they did not have this vehicle at their location and either I could travel 20 minutes to another location outside of town or about 10 minutes to another local destination. We opted for the local venue and travelled to this location to pick up. We were assured that the booking was ready and that all we had to do was show a drivers license and pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at the pick up location, we were met with confusion and were told that the reservation wasn’t actually until the next day. He said that the booking had been made for the following day and there was not much that could be done. I ended up calling the original location and they spoke to one another in their native language. Eventually, this was rectified and we were able to proceed with the booking. However, it took quite some time to finish the transaction. My husband even asked the attendant if it normally took this long. He was not overly friendly and he was not efficient. I would not recommend this location.
