There was a leak in the roof of the cargo area, and possibly in the cab as well. There was a lot of rain over the past few days, so although the leaks were small, they let in enough water to be a big problem. The packing blankets in the back were soaked. We had to use a tarp and plastic sheeting to protect our furniture and other household goods. Also, the desk clerk at the self storage business that rented the truck to us had no idea how to use the U-Haul software to process the rental that I booked on the U-Haul website.
