HELEN STerrible customer service, rude. Told us they would charge us quadruple if they could for dropping off our uhaul at our drop off location because they were full and treated to call the cops for dropping it off there. Never will I use UHAUL again.

PAUL RLady who work there is very horrible person and this second time I am dropping off the my rent van and she always makes difficult for me , Very disrespectful and non professional servis I was planning report her to the corporate too. Only the after manager come over he took my rent truck. He seems to be normal and understanding. She is so disrespectful and not caring not helpful person , I change my mind to rent storage from there ..

PAUL RI picked up my trailer a day after a snow storm. The Manager of the facility had to shovel the trailer out of a snowbank caused by a plow. He talked and shown me out to unhook and hook up the trailer. He took time to mention some safe driving tips while driving and towing a trailer. Customer Ron Smith
RONALD SI went to get a uhaul and it took me almost an hour to get off the lot. Had to dig it out myself. And the first one we dug out wouldn’t even go into to park so had to dig another one out of the snow. I was very dissatisfied I’ve never had an experience like this.
CHRISTINE DThe customer service on duty refused to come out to clean the Auto Transport Trailer covered with snow. - She refused to come outside to make a visual assessment of the equipment. DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY ASSIATANCE WITH REGARDS WHILE INSPECTING THE TRAILER TRANSPORT. - She showed up at the work site 1 Hour late and was unfriendly when being asked, if she was the customer service on duty. She did not great me upon entering the store, was very cold with an attitude. NOTE: FOR THE CUSTOMER BEST EXPERIENCE WHILE RENTING ONE OF YOUR EQUIPMENTS, PLEASE, HIRE PEOPLE WITH PLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONALITY.

Graham MTrailer didn’t work for the size of what I needed to carry. Came back within 15mins. No credit/cancelation. Waste of money and a ton of time since it was their first UHaul transaction. Spent about an hour on site.
