Had to upload my ID 4 times, I scheduled my pickup at another location and they changed my reservation without notifying me and I had to drive to another uhaul. Was very slow to Check in.

The staff at the Devon Self Storage was great, they were able to assist me with getting the uhaul truck. I kept getting the run around initially so that part was frustrating. I reserved my truck with Uhaul on international speedway and when I got there they told me that my reservation was sent somewhere else since they didn't haveva truck for me and I was not notice prior to going to get the truck.
