I ordered the truck online and requested to have furniture pads, an appliance dolly and standard dolly for use. When I picked up the truck the location did not have any of these materials available. I was told that I could find another location to get them from or have it taken off my bill. If a location does not possess the items-they should not be listed as available.

I reserved an appliance dolly. It was not delivered and the agent had to remove it from my reservation. This was a great disappointment and caused us a lot more difficulty in our move today.
