They are always polite and helpful at this location unlike a couple of the other locations that I visit regularly. They are very knowledgeable about the services you offer and are familiar with the equipment. I have been to this location several times and have always been treated very well.

Skylin was AMAZING! Her customer service was on POINT! She went above and beyond in helping me with a storage unit. Awesome facility and has GREAT TRUCK SIZES N VANS N ANYTHING A PERSON NEEDS TO MOVE. The gentleman who checked me in Also was very polite friendly also had great customer service. This facility has a lot of different sizes in truck and has it all.

I was greeted by Amos when I walked in the door. He was professional and provided great customer service. The box truck was clean, and met all my needs. The ramp was incredibly helpful when loading my heavy outdoor furniture. Upon return, I entered the driveway through the wrong entry and a gentleman name. Nehemiah directed me to the right location and was waiting for me when I returned. He was professional and cordial. This was my first time ever renting anything from U-Haul and it was a very positive experience. I will definitely return and will encourage friends and family. Whoever need a rental to stop by this location.

I had also requested a appliance dolly for the move and the location that I received the truck from had none and the closest one was an hour away so I just went and bought a dolly from Harbor Freight to complete the job. I also had to clean out the mud on the floors of the cab and cleaned windows. When move was completed I swept out the cargo area of the truck.

Overall, the location was fine. Easy to get to, easy to check out the truck and the associate was friendly. As for the actual truck I rented, it was a bit disappointing. There were some dog hair and dirt on the mats in the cab which smelled a bit like stale smoke. However, the most disappointing was that I received it with only enough gas to go "54 miles until empty". I didn't know how much gas to put in to get me where I needed to go and return with the same amount I started with; therefore, I ended up having to get gas 2x. I personally prefer that you get a full tank when you pick it up and then you leave it with a full tank. I hadn't built the first fill-up into my schedule, so it put me a bit behind.

Drop zone was muddy because of rain. Slightly graded and hard to raise trailer to get it unhooked. No one ever asked or came out to help.

Meanwhile the place I picked up the trailer had the truck I needed sitting in the lot. My trip was delayed because Your people sent me to locations and cost me money

Truck was completely filthy inside the box, had to be swept just to use. Cab smelled horribly like cigarettes. Windshield wipers didnt work, luckily it wasnt snowing or had horribly wet roads. Had to go to gas station to clean windshield. And I order3d a dolly online to show up and them tell me they were all rented out. Overall staff was good, truck was just horrible.

No direction given or checkout procedures. Just told to park it in the back. No one inspected it or signed off that everything was satisfactory and the transaction complete. I had to unhitch it from my truck and leave it wherever.

Both cab and back of truck had garbage and debris through it, requiring me to spend an hour cleaning it before use. Tire maintenance light was on at pickup. Gas gauge is all over the place while driving and only shows 1/2 when fully filled and idle. Front drivers side headlight did not work, making the truck illegal on the road at night.

Charged for insurance when I didn’t want it, charged for gas , it was below a quarter tank when I got it but the paper said it was at half tank, then they charged me for the gas to get it to a half tank.

They made no attempts to fix my reservation when it was cancelled on me. There was no notice or message given to me when my reservation was cancelled even though I messaged through u-hauls website telling them I would be late. Truck cargo area was dirty and had stains when picking it up. They charged me for an extra day when I dropped off the equipment a day earlier than my rental contract.

The trailer is a bit heavy and I didn’t get any help with the trailer to be delivered When I picked it up there were three people there to help On the drop of location it was only me A. Near 70 year old not a good situation for me not to happy

The truck was absolutely filthy in the back, broken glass and trash left everywhere. Definitely disappointed with the experience. The counter attendant was very helpful and respectful. The truck needs so be properly cleaned after use.

Was dirty in cab, windows was also dirty. Inside truck had old debris of leaves etc. There raw bb pellets on floor of cab, along with some packet , that didn't want to touch. There was no ramp on truck, and was not alerted there was no ramp, this is needed when moving. And hauling items. Also reserved truck for extra day and set Time to 8 pm, but it got registered to 8 am, got a call from uhaul, asked about mix up and lady didn't want to investigate. Had another family to rent to, how did she know it was a family. And if was rented, why did I have option to reserve again? I didn't get clear answers, but just that told I was being charged another $50 for inconvenience ... this is absurd and I was lied to. Had a dirty truck, that i had to clean then this. From super 8 in uniontown pa. They don't clean nothing. Didn't even walk me out to truck, just handed keys, and was on my own to find truck.

Rented a 20ft truck got it with 1/4 of a tank took it back on 1/4 of a tank and charged me for 10 extra gal and the bill ended up being over $200 to 35 miles

The pricing structure and pickup location that were reserved were not available when confirming the day prior, which resulted in spending well over the quoted price when the reservation was made. The truck that we were provided also would accelerate unpredictably, which almost resulted in injury when guiding the truck from what should have been a safe distance.

The air conditioning in the U-Haul didn’t work it was so hot.and there were documents left on the dash from someone else who rented it. All their information was on the receipt.

Starting mileage was incorrect on paper, resulting in being overcharged for mileage (45mi when I only went 37mi). Refilled gas but was still charged for 2gal. Total was supposed to be 76 but was charged almost 100. Man was rude and dismissive. Will never use again.

My 27’ truck leaked water in a rainstorm during my big move. All of my furniture soaked! Clothes….soaked! The video of me playing in the water is comical! And still no word from U-Haul or their insurance company.

We were told by customer service over the phone to let them know when we pickup the truck that we no longer need it for 5 days, and would be returning it less than 24 hours later. They said it’ll cost about half, but they couldn’t do it on the phone, but they could definitely do it when we check it out. When we got there, we were told that there’s nothing they could do, it’s a flat rate, and we have to pay for rhe 5 days. I’m livid and appalled to have been charged that, when we confirmed with customer service on the phone not once but twice. We ended up paying it because we had to have the truck, but I’m disgusted.

Pickup was quick and truck was clean. My size was not available at the time I arrived, but the next size up was offered at no additional cost. Clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience all around.

This is the second time I've run it from this location within a month I do the rental online before I get there and when you get there the Indian gentleman behind the counter always add safe move insurance and don't tell you about it don't give you any printouts or anything I've already called customer service once this is a scam at this location it's getting to the point where I should rent a couple more times to see if it would happen and then reach out to the Attorney General's office for the state of Pennsylvania for an attorney to sue

Went to drop off the trailer and was told “you are all set”. My husband asked if he can go ahead and check the equipment in. Was told the person who works the Uhaul's went to get some dinner so my husband went ahead and closed the contract by checking in the equipment via the app.

Inside Uniontown SUPER 8 HOTEL is a 100% Great rental location! Never a problem with the staff or the equipment. I would recommend this location to anyone. Rental is always ready when I get there. You do have to hook up your own equipment at this location (so if you are not comfortable doing that maybe bring someone with you). They inspect it to make sure everything is ok before you leave. This is my go to UHAUL rental location.
