Please make sure truck is thoroughly cleaned. There was a dirty empty coffee cup in the truck and a dead mouse in the side passenger door.

I feel like I was over charged. I was given a truck with the gas on E and left it with more gas then was given.
Derek KI had a reservation and got there the store was closed had to make a dozen phone calls till the regional field manager was able to get someone to open up and get me my trailer. It was damaged. Then we we went to drop off the truck we where told to drop the truck at one location then drive a hr and half to second location to drop the trailer. So they charged us a $103 fee for not driving a Hr and half away. We had arrangements to drop tte truck with ye trailer. Still waiting a week for a refund that from looking at other complaints never comes. Employee at the U-Haul location did nothing but trash the company and said the “ like to tell lies” I have the Regional manager number and have been on phone with him Many times already this week. I will no be letting this go. Field manager stated the pickup location failed to follow protocols and procedures….. the mistakes cost me an extra day in a hotel…….
