Terrible experience from beginning to finish, agent did not understand his drop description and dropped the ball with my contract. He was having issues inputting my information, continued to harass emergency contacts, entered my phone number incorrectly on the system, did not use proper credit card, and put on CDW without my authorization. This individual then lied and had other co workers harass my contacts I provided and never sent over rental contract information. The vehicle was reported to police as stolen on Nov 10 2025 and UHAUL still failed to act accordingly in which the vehicle was left in another location with a crap ton of KM as well as stolen key and tired slashed. I contacted UHAUL on numerous occasions and let them know the status of the vehicle in which no one properly updated the file. I received a 2.5 week rental of over $2000 in equipment usage, absolutely disgusted by the way this agent at Instant Cash as well as his coworkers handled this rental and my situation. The Uhaul was loaded with some items upon theft and to track down my items took over a week as I was spun around in circles. I am extremely dissatisfied on how these agents at this particular location handled my rental and the lack there of support was a clear sign this location with employees need more training to better be able to help each and every customer that comes in for a rental. When I arrived at the rental location I was to wait a long period of time with the agent starting and having the vehicle return time at a lesser not proper contract time. IE this means when your rental is given at a time they should have the contract unless otherwise stated returned at the same time. Over the years I have rented many units but never ran into the incompetence this office had displayed, I would not recommend this location or these agents to anyone and perhaps better services should be offered especially at the astronomical cost these shady individuals billed me for. Agents did not care for a police report or to listen to anything that took place in my unfortunate situation.
