Dropped off after hours. App very slow
Glenn BTruck pick up was difficult after hours because of phone reception. The truck functioned well, but it was muddy/dirty inside the cab. The truck bed also wasn't swept out. I returned the truck cleaner than when I picked it up.

Jeff KThe lady at office who set up my reservation was excellent. The app was hit and miss. I had to chat with someone to reset my reservation.
KEITH DWas not told it was a mobile pick up and office was close and no internet in location as it required a password and I text the owner and she was busy. Finally went to another place that had internet and was able to mobile check in with not a lot of help There needs to be clearer instructions on these remote locations and the process was not efficient
