This woman instructed me to put the car dolly in a certain place the parking lot was full and I told her that I'm not good backing it up would need her help. I struggled to get the rusty linkage to let loose so I could get the straps off of my tires. When I finally got them off she was gone and went back into the air conditioned office leaving me alone. I eventually had to pick up the front of the car dolly and move it by hand and hurt my back in the process. I'm 66 years old and all of this was uncalled for I should look into suing Uhaul!

I filled my gas tank to offered to give her the receipt, she lied and charged me $56 dollars to “fill” the tank 3 days later.

The room was very trashy, crowded, and disorganized. The lady had problems filling out the paperwork and didn't give me any paperwork to indicate that it was legal for me to have the truck.

The 24/7 truck setup needs to be streamlined and made less complicated. Waiting 1.5 hours to get the truck I hade scheduled is not expectable. I was on the phone with a very pleasant and helpful rep for over 25 minutes.

I went to dropped off this location fat girl was sitting in office she was rude and indirectly like get out from here who handles this business this person not here look outside her phone number and call so I get number from outside the building and call her she pick up phone after three times calling she said I’m going this store and than going to get my kids and dropping off her family house so it will be 20 minutes and she said if you in hurry just dropped it off trailer and leave so I did that and took some pictures she was supposed to be back in 20 minutes after 2 hours I called her back no answer and called customer service UHaul that customer service support person called her put my phone on hold she didn’t answer her either I was worried because I dropped off trailer before my time is over so I called again customer service to mention it and customer service left the note under my rent than next morning I called her again she answered and said I don’t know what kind trailer did you dropped it off and after half day gone on Saturday than I received confirmation like she received trailer on time in reality I dropped off before time this experience I never going to rent U haul trailer again even if they give me free rental

I dropped off my one-way rental. The agent assisted us in getting an issue resolved that was caused by the pick-up location not having the moving equipment available, she sent and email I think to Customer Service regarding the issue and showed proof of the email. I appreciate her patience and easy drop off. Done, done and done. I will surly rent from her location if need be.
