The location did not have the boxes we ordered. Zero. The furniture pads were short in count and just thrown in the back of truck. They did give us the missing furniture pads once speaking to them. The location is not open on Saturdays. The location had only one truck and we do not think this is a full time U-Haul location. The U-Haul agent was extremely nice. He was glad to support us but no one there on our return Saturday. We issue with the U-Haul app and adding all photos.

This was BY FAR the WORST UHaul experience I’ve ever had, which literally cost me time and money. I couldn’t do a mobile pickup, even though I opted for it. It took almost 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the location to assist me so that I could retrieve the keys to the rental. When I did get the keys, I was told that the dolly I needed was not available and to go to the UHaul shop 2+ miles down the road (one way) to get a dolly. It wasn’t until 10 am did I make it back to my location to start moving. The cargo bed/trunk was dirty. I had to clean it out before I used it. And one of the tires needed air. What was supposed to be a short trip turned into $100+ trip. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Isaac LCustomer service was poor. The right side mirror was broken and made it difficult to drive. It took 40 mins to get the truck. He was on his phone. And then left me while I was taking pictures. The mirror was covered by bushes. Unprofessional
