Libby (Effingham) helped us out of a jam. We had rented a unit in Sturgeon Bay for a one-way trip and lined up people to help us move furniture 500 miles, 2 days before the move, we were told the unit was not available. We had to scramble to get the furniture out for the new owners to move in. Thus we had to rent a round trip unit to go up 500 miles and back down over a weekend. It cost twice as much as we planned. Whereas kudos to Libby, in Effingham, we were let down by your company overall. If you confirm a reservation, the customer ought to be able to count on it. Very disappointed.

PAUL FThis location and Elizabeth were awesome. The original location, Days Inn in Effingham IL was incredibly unprofessional. The truck that was reserved was not there the day of pickup, and there was no call to let us know. We had a crew of movers waiting on the truck, and they did nothing to resolve the issue. I called Interstate 70 Towing, and Elizabeth not only resolved my issue, but did it in her off hours and was professional and very courteous.
