Libby (Effingham) helped us out of a jam. We had rented a unit in Sturgeon Bay for a one-way trip and lined up people to help us move furniture 500 miles, 2 days before the move, we were told the unit was not available. We had to scramble to get the furniture out for the new owners to move in. Thus we had to rent a round trip unit to go up 500 miles and back down over a weekend. It cost twice as much as we planned. Whereas kudos to Libby, in Effingham, we were let down by your company overall. If you confirm a reservation, the customer ought to be able to count on it. Very disappointed.

Truck had solid red engine check when drove off. Went to blinking red. Then was ok. Was a concern at first.

Office location is not obvious. Downstairs is a CB Radio shop and renovations were ongoing upstairs. Office door has a keypad and no sign. Had to call to locate the right door.

The only problem I had with was it took the rental company a long time to get back to me about my refund I had to call several times just to get someone to answer the phone and tell me how much due back to me was.

This location and Elizabeth were awesome. The original location, Days Inn in Effingham IL was incredibly unprofessional. The truck that was reserved was not there the day of pickup, and there was no call to let us know. We had a crew of movers waiting on the truck, and they did nothing to resolve the issue. I called Interstate 70 Towing, and Elizabeth not only resolved my issue, but did it in her off hours and was professional and very courteous.

There were no furniture pads that I ordered with the truck. Zero. I had to travel to another dealer to get some. The manager was pleasant.

Pick up happened on a Saturday and they weren't an open location, so it took a bit longer to get on the road than I had expected. But they were working hard to get me on the road.
