Dropped off at 1130 in the morning, nobody there and I was charged $20 for using "after hours" return contacted U haul customer service by text after I explained what happened she said let me pull the records, the text dropped and I wasn't contacted back

Very small area to drop off the trailer. Many cars and trucks in the lot. Busy place. The person was very, very helpful. He apologized for the lot and said he was working cleaning it up..
