The passenger mirror would not adjust. The weather stripping around the driver door fell out. We had to put it back in place at our gas stop.

The reservation was not done correctly so my pick up time was delayed for over an hour while I called U-Haul to get the matter straightened out. When checking over the truck I was given an empty tank of gas- when I brought this to the workers attention she informed me I am to pay for gas- I understand I am to return truck with the same amount of gas however having a truck on empty before I leave the parking lot was very unprofessional. I am aware that I am to return the truck with the same amount of gas as well as paying for the mileage this truck usage cost me over $200.00 in rental and mileage and I didn't even have it for 6 full hours! I would not recommend this business for anything as the worker is very unprofessional and does not seem to know her job. I also used the storage units at this location- when I removed my belongings they were covered in mold—-this same employee informed me that because I packed my belongings in cardboard boxes that only draws in moisture. I have never had such a lame excuse as what she provided. She couldn't even recommend what type of container to pack belongings in when using this facility as “several people have brought this to my attention but we can't control the units”. I have nothing good to say about this business or location other than the owner needs to maybe find someone who cares about their job and is more willing to provide a decent level of customer service than what this girl has provided! A customer should not be required to fill the tank before leaving the parking lot upon pick up.

Any trailer without a jack is ridiculous. I had to lift a duel axle trailer up multiple times. Could easily have messed up my back. Had to change hitches because it sat so low. Unfortunately was partially loaded. Had to unload to be able to lift it off. Completely absurd

Upon renting the vehicle there was little gas in the tank for which I had to put $35.00 in order not to run out, Less then a quarter tank, the attendant told me when returning the truck just replace what was in it when I took possession,which I did. When I received my bill I find that I was charged $30.00 for fuel fill up service and $34.00 EZ fuel sale 8gal. When renting vehicles in the past I always found the gas tank full and you just replaced what was used. Not to pleased with your practice of not having enough fuel in the truck .

I will NEVER use U-Haul again! Firstt I reserved a truck to be picked up in Grove City Pa - where I moved to. 3 days before the move I was told that I had to pick up and return my rental to Jackson Center, Pa! And of course I had to pay for the extra mileage! Then - after I had returned the truck on Dec 23rd - U-Haul DOUBLE CHARGED me, which caused a $300+ hold on my checking account OVER CHRISTMAS!!! NEVER AGAIN!

You sent this email to the wrong address. I called the place yesterday. They fixed it. Stop sending emails to me. And tell your people to put the right info in their system. Now I have to deal with emails about something I didn't rent. Even if I would've I would not take your stupid survey. It is a waste of time.

Friendly staff at the location but the computer system to reserve equipment and then to actually rent the same equipment takes forever!! The computer system is either antiquated or the staff is not well versed at the computer software because to go thru the actual renting of the equipment took over an hour despite having already reserved the equipment in advance and being the first and only customer.

For mobile check in, the gps would not work because the map located 841 to a location across the street. Had to call UPS customer service to check in.

Everything should be explained. The fact that it's shown as 19.95 “a day” that IS NOT the case.i paid 22$ for 8 hours and all together300$ because as a first tome renter nothing was explained so I didn't have a round trip exact of miles and didn't know a day was 5 hours then 8 hours. It's not what you think and make sure they explain EVERYTHING to you before you rent a truck from them. Do not recommend for anyone to use. In fact I knew 3 people moving and needing usual for 3-4 days and they will not be choosing usual. Maybe my experience would have been different and my comments would be different if I had know the lady was taking down my exact miles and time as when I'd be charged after and extra fees because my miles weren't exact. It was not okay in any shape or form.
