When I returned the van the attendant couldn’t check the van in. The van was just filled to the correct fuel amount, I drove it 37 mi., and retuned it at 6:50pm. The van was check in by the time on the receipt at 8:45pm. It said I drove it 39 mi., and it was under the correct amount of fuel. I was ultimately charged a $30 fuel fee, and for 2 gallons of fuel. Also my drop off time was incorrect, saying I returned it at 8:00pm. Very disappointed with this UHaul transaction. Will not recommend to anyone. Have dealt with a lot of UHaul representatives and all but this one has been great.
