A/C fan was not working
PENNY RThe guys at Iron Eagle Customs were great. I was directed by U-Haul to go here to pick up an auto transport because my preferred location did not have one on hand, which was wasn't optimal but okay. When told about the location change I said I wanted to pay to have them do the service of loading and securing the vehicle which U-Haul offers. When I got to the location and told them that I requested that service they told me they do not do that at that location, which then led to them needing to call their U-Haul Rep to get things sorted out. I can say that the guys at Iron Eagle were great and they ended up loading and securing the vehicle but with the phone calls to figure out everything it severely delayed the start to my cross country drive. The next issue was the U-Haul app. It locked up as I was going through the inspection process and did a close and when it reopened it showed me all checked in. I wasn't able to document anything so luckily I took photos with my phone to get a timestamp just to cover all bases. Then came the issue of payment. We had paid for the auto transport in advance, and I had a receipt showing that we had paid for it, but the computer showed that it needed to be paid and I believe this was due to them switching our locations. The U-Haul rep they were speaking with was working on the issue for maybe 10 min or more and they called their direct U-Haul rep and he instantly fixed it, so yet another delay. Essentially the issues I experienced with with U-Haul itself, not Iron Eagle Customs. The App had problems, getting moved to a new location caused problems and the U-Haul computer had problems. I should not have been sent to a location that doesn't load vehicles and I get that things happen. Apps don't always work like they should and computers and networks can be slow and can produce errors. For me the frustration was the long delay this caused me being I had a 27 hour drive ahead of me (3 days in the truck). Even though it was frustrating, everyone was helpful in attempting to get things worked out and I appreciate that. I will continue to use U-Haul when I need the types of services they provide.
Paul BI highly recommend Iron Eagle Customs, they were helpful, and the drop-off process was the easiest I have ever experienced. They went above and beyond to help the trailer I rented. Excellent customer service! Very efficient!

When I called questioning the way the billing first appeared everything was explained to me thoroughly and simplified so I would understand followed up with the assurance of if it did not happen that way to contact them and it would be handled by them. Every thing the young lady said is exactly what happened. Billing , service, and expectations 100% accurate, and fulfilled. This will be the place I go if I need to rent another U-Haul truck or trailer.

Gwendolyn EThe rental location is at a motorcycle shop. It’s confusing because there are no indicators of a U-Haul Representative at all. It took forever to find one. Also, the vehicle had the “check engine” light on. Lastly, my vehicle was double booked and I didn’t receive a text for pickup instructions as the online reservation stated.
