Owner of the feed store needs to make sure the chains are not rusted and in need of replacement. We stopped at another location who said our chains were rusted and could break and the collars were shot. She replaced all for us.Anne L.

I was sent to this location after a reserved 5 X 8 cargo trailer was unilaterally swapped out for a 5 X 9 open air trailer. The location was 35 miles away from the reserved location. I feel that if a trailer is reserved, U-Haul should make sure that trailer is available at the reserved location. Not surprisingly, the furniture blankets were also unavailable and after a 35 mile trip out of the way to get the trailer, I wasn't going to go 25 more miles out of the way to get the blankets, the only location where the blankets were available. And for some reason a utility dolly was added to the order, but thankfully, the pickup location had the option of removing that part of the order. But just to be clear, the location and the checkout and all that was involved in picking up the trailer was as expected and if the original trailer were honored at the original location with the furniture blankets, an excellent review would be posted. So for the next customer, find a way to honor the reservation, and be proactive about shuttling around equipment and supplies to do so.Howard B.

Pick up location was great. It was the billing that I will give you zero stars for. I returned the trailer at 5:15 pm. The website says it closes at 5:30. I used the phone app to note the GPS and I place my copy of the contract in the drop bin. I spoke with Dan at the pick up location today and he said they had already spoken with the regional manager about the late fee (Sanislov Paboada) and that I would have to talk with him about the fee. I called Sanislov on the phone immediately thereafter and explained what the situation again. He said he hadn't even spoken to the store location, which is not true. He said he would have to look into it because he didn't have the information, which isn't true because he had already be given the situation by the rental pick up location. I told him that I've lived in this area for 27 years and know a lot of people and that if he didn't provide me the refund of the late fee, that U-haul would get bad feedback on facebook, and anywhere else u-haul is advertising on social media. He would not refund the money. This isn't right, and for someone like me, who is out of work, $27 dollars is a lot of money.Vincent S.

This location is really out in the sticks. Without GPS, I never would have found it. Signage was poor. Several people in line. Their U-Haul computer system was out, so the process was slow. Nice people who finally helped me with the pickup process and the hitch. Not ready for prime time because this is a country feed store and not a regular U-haul location.Terry L.
