booking was for 10am, arrived at 11am to only find out the truck isn’t back yet… and they barely contacted them when we got there! causing us to go to another location across town and i was 40 min late for the movers! they should’ve been calling and checking in around 9:30 when the truck wasn’t back yet.so unprofessional

The location 10/10. The check out process was ridiculous for no reason. I tried to make an account with the app and it kept coming back with some code 429(?) stuff and wouldn’t let me. And using a web browser on the phone not ideal. Fix the bug

I opted out of the coverage cause I knew I was only using it for a couple miles but yet I was still charged, I also was not advised to put gas back into the vehicle and was charged for 2 gallons when I only drive 4 miles total. What was supposed to be less then $30 turned into $50.

Have more vehicles available. All I wanted was a pickup or a van but the only rig available was a 15 foot no van. The mileage charge was much greater than it should have been.

All was good. She asked me for my paperwork and I told her I didn’t have any because the guy never came to the office when I picked up the truck. All text messages from the Portland pick up was done when I was on the road.
