Great hours for in person pick up, and convenient for drop off after hours. Employee was very polite and van appeared brand new. Definitely will use if needed in the future, and I would highly recommend!

Mitchell RI rented a van and it was new and had very nice features. I liked that it had a back up camera (though I didn't discover that until much later than I needed it). I liked that the odometer screen had the timer on how long I have rented the van. I wish the back of the van had a step top make it easier to get into the back, like the side has. The van was easy to drive and handled well. The gentleman at the Uhaul location was friendly. I like the app to check in the UHaul. I wish the app would allow me to select an image from my camera to upload, because my phone camera is damaged and can only take clear photos on .5, but the app doesn't allow me to change from a 1 to a .5. Therefore, I was not able to upload my drivers license beforehand and had to have the agent at the location scan it in for me.

Brian HI bought all the insurance was offered. Misplaced the key, had a new one made. Cost me $400. But brought the key the next day. I thought the insurance covered that. But didn't get anything back. Not sure why?
Jeffrey HTruck had a poorly repaired hole on the top of the truck. Water leaked onto my stuff during the drive because it rained. Completely defeated the purpose of protecting my things in a uhaul truck. Very disappointed

ROGER NExceptional service & FAST! My son was stuck on the HWY with a Flat Tire during Rush Hour. I was able to rent the car trailer, they helped me hook it up, tested all the lights and I was on my way! Cost half as much as an emergency tow. Wish there was a 4 hr rental price vs a whole day, could be useful for some people....
