You charged me $41.85, which is 10 gallons of gas for just 45 miles. The person I met at your office lied to me. He said the system would automatically calculate the mileage used. As soon as I left, he entered false information. He did not tell me that I needed to refill the gas before returning the vehicle. He also did not tell me to read the terms and conditions. He just told me to sign. I will never use U-Haul again, and I will do everything I can to inform others, including starting an online campaign to share my experience.
