The representative at the store was rude and refused to open the door for us for about ten minutes because it was her lunch break, even though it was 95 degrees outside.

The only attendant had a bad attitude I had to stay outside while she did her job I had a reservation with a self check in to make it easier my check out however she refused to rent me the truck She had to call U-Haul which told her to rent the truck

Unprepared for my arrival. Had removed the requested appliance dolly from the truck because clerk "did not know" I had reserved one. I offered to take it to the truck with me, but left it in the truck when I returned it. Clerk appeared unhappy I had not done their job for them. Lots of UHaul experiences so I know what I should be able to expect.

They charged me $50 for gas when there was actually MORE left in the tank than when I got it. I was given the option of dropping it off at 1 of 4 locations, but apparently when I chose the one closest to my home they wanted it taken to a different store CHARGING ME AN EXTRA DAY. Will NEVER use uhaul again because of the gas issue. TAKE PICS OF GAS GAUGE WHEN YOU START AND END!!!!! Drop off Store closed for meeting in the middle of the day (noon) and did not open at 12:30 like the note said, had to leave keys in truck since my pick up ride arrived.

Everything was fine we are only 3 miles from pickup location "SR 64 and I-75" in Bradenton FL and put less then 40 miles on it. The staff was helpful and very nice. If we every need again we will defiantly come see you. Thanks again Sam Smith

After review of my bank statement I noticed a $25 charge to Starbucks corporate office in WA. My bank couldn’t tell me that location the credit account for Starbucks was used but I was kind of confused when the sales person Took a picture of my insurance card and debit card, I guess that was for when the final purchase upon dropping the truck off would be. I have 15 auto pay set up on my debit card and the only way to contest the charge is if they put a stop on my account and issue me a new card which would take hours to set up all of my auto pays again. I would like a refund of $25 to my Visa card and would like you to investigate the sales person representing your company. I’m kind of confused as two if I should close the account for fear of them charging more for my card. My phone number to be reached is 941-685-1719. Please get back to me. The date of the metal was last Saturday January 19 at approximately 930 in the morning. Thank you PS I have photocopies of the charge and timeline as to when I rented the truck if you need them

Truck cab had ants in it which was unacceptable. I also found when I received the emailed invoice that they charged us $25 for cleaning after the truck was returned, when it was in exactly the same condition that it was when we picked it up - empty and clean. I consider that price gouging - will be reporting it to BBB and the city.

I received a text message telling me where to drop off the truck. I arrived at 11:30 am and there was a message on the door stating that the office would reopen at 12:45 pm. There was also a message that said to not leave any keys. I went back 2 hours later and was told that this location did not accept one ways. I called UHaul and they kept claiming that I was wrong!!!! Finally they gave me another location to return the truck that was 10 miles away and it took over an hour for them to accept the truck because there paperwork indicated that the truck had already been returned. They also stated that the truck that I rented was not a one-way truck, it was an in town truck.
