My straps to tie the wheels down were bad , one broken and one about to break So I bought ratchet straps to help hold the wheels down... So the trailer pulled perfectly and everything went fine. No wiggle at all. Just maintain your equipment better. Thank you very muchjimmy M.

Very poor customer service. I had to hook up one trailer. The guy who ran the place left. I had to check out the trailer and when I found 2 lights out, I had to switch trailers just to find a second one had a bold tire. Bad service and poorly maintained equipment.bruce L.

check in process didn't work on smartphone of authorized dealers system. Had to make 2 calls to Uhaul and then had to get advanced support rep in volved who completed process we couldn't. Frustrating and wasted 30 minutes of my time.Other than that, the rental was flawless!Phil M.
I made a reservation online for the uhaul location at hwy 29 bypass N in anderson SC- I THOUGHT. apparently a man from a different location called me to confirm- but i was unaware he was not at the location I had requested so we drove an hour and a half to the hwy bypass N location and I have never in my life been spoken to the way your uhaul representative at that location spoke to me. he was the rudest, meanest man I have ever met. he asked me if I was on drugs or drunk, he would not let me go inside, he said I was an idiot and stupid bc I did not read all of the emails from uhaul. I will be calling customer service to speak about him. we frantically tried to find other uhauls close and had to go to 3 different locations and finally found a trailer but the man there was more interested in answering his personal phone every 2 minutes than helping me. he also did not know how to completely my registration on the computer- I had to figure it out for him. EXTRENELY disappointed with our service from uhaulAshton P.

The equipment did not seem to have been serviced in quite awhile. The emergency brake was tripped, no one on sight knew how to reset it, so I did it myself. The wiring was damaged, but there was a new connector available to install. I do not believe the brakes were working at all. 3 of the tires were low on air pressure which I took care of as well. I would not have taken the trailer but there were no others available in my area.Dave H.

I was routed 60 miles out of my way to pick up truck. I was not reimbursed for extra fuel as promised. Instead, I was charged $35 for 4 gallons of gas!

I had to go into a liquor store to get the manager to do the paperwork for my rental. Then I had to stand with a rack of Hustler magazines on my right and a rack of adult videos on my left while the manager went through the paperwork. Both men who worked there were very nice, but it was a humiliating experience, and I would never have gone through with it if I hadn't desperately needed the rental that night. Make sure tires are good. I rented an auto transport from this location to pensacola fl. I had to plug the tire before I left, and one time on my trip. I had to finally find a place in Montgomery AL to get the tire replaced.stephen F.
Harry did not inspect my hitch, nor help me load the trailer. He also changed my rental from a one-way, which I signed up for online and confirmed, to an in-town rental, causing me to have to call customer service several times to try and get my rental sorted out. The customer service representative had to cancel my entire order to fix the problem and create a whole new rental contract.Brennan W.
Took 45 minutes to check out because lady kept stopping to help other customers for their liquor store. We had to go into their storage room and get our own blankets and hand truck and appliance dolly. Then she could not print a contract and had us take a picture of it on the computer. I had to move 3 car dollies to get to my equipment. Then I had to ask the homeless person sleeping in one of the trucks to help pull out my trailer as it was wedged in the mud. No help at all from the store personell.Michael R.

Overall the experience was excellent. The pick-up location doubles as a convenience store so the attendants attention became diverted at times but he was manner able and helpful. Regarding equipment, the truck was excellent on the highway. Great balance and acceleration even in bad weather. we felt safe.christopher S.

I left a bag with5 new zippo lighters on truck l. I called iva quick stop and he wouldnt go out and look or get thrm i went there the next dayand the truck was gone. I asked and was told that they didnt check trucks for that. Th9se lighters had a vallue of $200.00. Not happyBrent H.

Listen! I rented a trailer and after I started to try and load it I found out the door opening was too small to load any thing into it. I got no help in getting any money back! 75 dollar lesson learned.Danny M.

This was a HORRIBLE experience! Despite confirming the truck the day before, the owner did a bait and switch on my mother. He said he did not have the 10 ft truck, which was not true, he double charged her and then pushed to add on extras. He was rude, the time for pick up was compromised as his wife claimed no one else could check in a customer and we had to wait until later in the day to get the truck wasting OUR TIME. Overall, the clerk was rude, dishonest and offered the worst customer service imaginable! I suggest you make the extra drive to Anderson if you need a truck. This was a nightmare experience!!!!Darlene M.

Do not send the custumer on wild goose chase , chasing down your Trucks . I made a reservation weeks in advance for a truck in Augusta. When arrived to pick up my truck I was told the custumer who arrived after me ( who made his reservation after me ) was givin the truck and I had to a 164 mile round trip to to pick up a truck in Iva S.C. No way to treat a dog or a custumer!!!! Nice guy, but it took forever to get our truck. The process beforehand was a nightmare. I was told to go to one location, that location told me they no longer did UHauls especially on Saturdays despite having a lot full of Uhauls; guess he is selling them. I don't know. But waiting almost an hour to get my truck when I was already behind schedule kind of sucked too. I was promised a 14ft, ended up being told I would get a 20ft. Ok experience, the truck was awesome. I think UHaul should include handtrucks in the price they charge for Uhauls. Would be a nice touch instead of the nickel and diming for stuff.Shawna W.
