This location only recently started having U Haul rentals, so employees were not trained on what to do. It should’ve been easy to use the app and drop off my keys, but the app wasn’t working. The U Haul website also didn’t work. I called U Haul and the lady put a note that the site and app weren’t working and told me to leave the truck and call the piggly wiggly, even though I had already been inside and knew they didn’t know what to do, which I told the woman on the phone. I went back in and Kim and Jackie at the front desk went above and beyond to call supervisors until someone was able to get online from home and do the rental check in over the phone. It took forever, but I do not fault the employees. They did everything and we got it figured out. The frustrating part was that the app and website wouldn’t work on my phone or my husband’s and calling U Haul didn’t solve the issue either.
