The truck had the check engine light on. They told me it would be fine and just to call road side assistance if i had any issues. Contacted STL office at 314-766-4013 and spoke with Jorge. He was supposed to credit additional day and mileage to a new truck. I picked up a new truck from another location (The truck was in less than desirable condition) however, i needed the truck and it was already after 5 on a Friday. The service I received was awful from both Jorge and the new location I picked up from didn't really seem to be interested in helping me. Upon drop off, I was charged an additional day, even though I had the truck returned prior to the scheduled drop off. I would like someone to contact me in regards to these issues.
ANGELA BConfirm the reservation and send directions ahead of time? It took almost 30 minutes just to get through the confirmation process which lowered our rental time, the location the truck was parked in the actual lot was awful, and it was just not a great start to this process. I’ll use budget next time because at the very least, they wouldn’t park a 20+ foot truck and only give the driver 15 feet to maneuver out. We had to physically lift and move a smaller trailer to give the truck a chance of getting out unharmed, which is just ridiculous.
Chad HWarn people ahead of time of the process for self check. It took me a half hour standing in the cold doing it.
Stacy SOne of the tire straps were broke, luckily I have rims on my car and was able to pass it through the rim to hold down. Other than that, was good.

DANIEL GFrank was very helpful , professional, and greeted with a smile . Very pleased !
GLEN STruck needs a transmission service, did not want to change gears on the highway. I reserved and paid for a dolly and furniture pads that were not in the truck. No one was at the facility. Could not get lock open to obtain keys, took 45 minutes to get resolved. Want my money back for the dolly and moving pads (and my time).

Margie BThe trailer leaked like a sieve! Called the location to ask what we could do about it, we were told to use duct tape!! We asked about trading trailers and were told "all the trailers are probably leaking in this rain." " The trailers are not waterproof; only water resistant." How ridiculous is this!?
