Fantastic service
AMANDA AHad a blowout, and had to replace it at my cost.
CHAZ MThe roof of this trailer had been damaged and repaired inadequately. The trailer leaked when it rained in Chillicothe before loaded it. It also leaked when it rained while driving eastern Kansas. It appears the roof had been damaged, perhaps by being backed into a stationary objected that crinkled the roof and drip rail. A repair was attempted by caulking the roof seams at the back joint. It looks to me like the roof should have been replaced. It was very disappointing to have to deal water damage to our content.

The staff at the gas station tried to help but we ended up having to cancel our old reservation and start a new one in person compared to the app. Nothing would load correctly on the app and it kept saying an error. Very disappointing considering how expensive they are!
NICHOLAS BInside of truck was very muddy and dirty upon pickup. Then it rained on the way to our location and the entire box leaked water! All of our stuff inside the box was soaking wet when we got to our location. (It was not raining when we loaded/unloaded the truck, just when we were driving).
ALEXANDRIA PThey charged me a gas fill up price when it was left on full when I dropped it off, I have pictured proof that it was on full. Charged me $8 for no reason. Other than that everything went smoothly.
DESIREE FCab was clean but had salt or sugar crystals various places on driver side including in cup holder, on floor, and on seat. The total was not what I reserved. They said it didn’t matter until I returned the truck at which time final total would be calculated. However a $30 “Safe Move” charge was added to my contract at the outset without my consent. I wanted it removed. They called their UHaul manager who promised to refund it to my same credit card right away. It has been two days. No refund yet.
Mary KThis is the second time I have rented a Uhaul from this location and the employees are very friendly and helpful and they have a huge lot so easy to get in and out of, just iff the highway.
