The agent was somewhat rude as he was helping me check out and seemed confused on what auto transport I should get and then stopped to help other customers at thegas station operation and then get back to me. He did not hook up the equipment thank god I am not handicapped and knew whT to do. Customer service was a negative 2. Crappy work ethic frombthis place. I rent Uhaul more often than not
Mark DI made a reservation online when I showed up I come to find they are out of business and I get an email that I need to go to a second location in some kind of a gas station when I showed up the fellow in his pajamas kept letting people go in front of me and finally after some time I was told to go outside where I had to try and hook up the trailer in a heavy down pour by myself … crappy service …. I e rented quite a few uhauls and this was the worst pick up experience I have ever had
Richard GConvenience store doubling as rental location. Had to park and unhitch trailer my self and put in a spot. Person that spoke with me was very disinterested in the situation.
Glenn JHelp putting the trailer on my truck hitch would have been helpful. Had to have a bystander help lift the trailer. Also didn’t have moving blankets and suggested I go across town to pick them up. I chose to go without

MARK AIt isn't necessarily about the vendor. Uhaul as a whole is absolutely horrible. If it isn't the app it's the useless customer service. I am a mover who drives a Semi all over this country and at times I cannot get my truck into some of the tighter areas which is why I rent Uhauls. I've now decided that Penske is a little more expensive but there is less headache involved so that whom I will be renting from going forward. Someone really needs to overhaul Uhaul and get the customer service as well as that useless app fixed. There are thousands of movers who drive semi trucks and do the same thing I do and we are beginning to talk about the same thing , done with Uhaul and on to Penske.
BRAD GThe employee at the gas station where I picked up my U-Haul was very rude and difficult. He was having a hard time finding my reservation and refused to give me my key. I gave him my reservation number and shed him in the app that the truck had been issued to me. He wanted me to cancel my reservation and re reserve my truck. When I explained that I couldn’t do that because the truck was already issued he continued to be rude. I had to get on the U-Haul app chat with customer service to finally resolve the issue. I will never pick up a truck from that location again and I’ll never give that convenience store any business. The truck was relatively clean. However the AC was not operating correctly. Made for a very hot day of moving furniture in July in Florida.
Jesse JWe reserved our trailer at least a month before our use. We received an email from U-Haul the night before for another location. Upon getting to that location, they didn’t have the trailer. We contacted U-Haul and were instructed to go to another location. Each location being further away. Thereafter, we had one complete blow-out and another tire that required air at least dozen times during our 2,300 mile journey. Needless to say, your was not adequately prepared for the trip and it cost us countless time during our rental. We returned it early and we changed our plans, due to the poor condition of the tires. If I can find an available alternative in the future, I’ll consider it. I’d respectfully submit you should consider the customers’ journey in selecting the equipment provided or perform better maintenance on your equipment. Please feel free to make this available for “public viewing”.

Alex FQuick and easy to get the vehicle with minimal to no paperwork. However almost $500 for 24 hours (plus gas and driver) - I know we did almost 400 Miles but ($0.99 a mile on top of rental etc.). Could have gone with luxury SUV and trailer.
