The managers didn't have the trailers up on blocks or anything, and apparently u-haul doesn't equip their trailers with jacks, so we had to lift the trailer off the ground manually to connect it. I never would have been able to get the trailer connected if I hadn't brought someone else with me. This location also did not have a pull through driveway, so it took a while to back in and out. They also did not have any dollies, so I had to go out and get one somewhere else. Not a great experience at all.JULIA P.

Was concerned because the cab floor and cup holders were still filthy which meant the van may have not been disinfected at all for pickup! Disappointed given COVID-19 pandemic and Uhaul's important reputation.Gary H.

Went to dropoff location twice and they were closed.went yesterday around 4:15 pm they were closed. Went today at noon they were closed. Sat and waited 15 minutes and someone showed up. Location was dirty and building had no heat. WS expecting my cash deposit back right then in cash. But was told a check will be mailed to me. Was on my way, got there at a few minutes late personal was all gone. Dropped truck and trailer off deposited keys. Tried to do online check in kept getting kicked off line. Now this morning I am charged for 5 extra days of rentals instead of 4 I am not a very happy customer right now. Then charged $25 for a few leaves in the back of the truck. For a customer that our family believe in uhaul for moving services. This was not a good ending.Charles Earl W.
Notification on change in truck. No call to let me know that I was upgraded. Online a weird email I thought was spam. Ended up being a 20 foot truck. Didbt use half of the space there. More gas had to be paid for then expected. Truck was disgusting on the inside. You didnt notify the place that there was even an upgrade to the truck so he got a blunt part of our reaction. When we picked up the keys for the truck, the appliance dolly was not with the rest of the equipment we rented. The guy at pick up location said he would pick it up that afternoon and put in the truck before we came back that night to pick up the truck. Came to pick up truck and still no appliance dolly. Finally able to get a hold of someone the next morning. He forgot to pick it up the day before and would meet us at the other place to pick up dolly. We waited for a bit and then he shows up. The other place was closed and we were ready to go. So, guy from pick up place was suppose to cancel the dolly and refund money, still waiting for that...Norman S.

The 24/7 app was HORRIBLE!! My smartphone had a clear signal, but the app would NOT take a photo so that I could turn in the mileage and fuel gauge reading for the truck at the scheduled time. Of course, if I could not take the required photos, I could not return the truck!! I am so angry about the whole 24/7 app !! This was a very emotional move for me and was made worse by the frustration and struggle to turn in the truck key. I will NEVER suggest that someone is the app.Robert M.

The owner of the U-Haul business was not there when we arrived, so we had to do a remote pickup over the telephone. I am still waiting for a $.20 per mile credit, as he needed us to bring the truck back to Fulton for a Friday pickup. We were originally going to drop off in Columbia MO, where we moved our items to. I called and left a message regarding the credit, but still have not heard back from him.LISA M.
The lighting system was not operable other than brake lights and turn signal. No running lights operable. Resulted in having to leave cargo that night, comeback the ne t day and add an additional 6 hours of driving time.Brian D.

Rented the 26' truck in the evening for maximum usage, it rained overnight after being fully loaded. While being unloaded I find that the entire "Granny's attic" leaked and ruined my mattresses, clothes, and electronics. Due to the issue, it took a little longer to get the truck to it's return location. The rental agent said he wouldn't charge me for the additional day, even though the truck was returned 30 minutes late..... WoooHooooooo....WHAT ABOUT THE DAMAGE THEIR TRUCK CAUSED ???? I'd like to see some repairs done on these trucks and better customer care when it comes to damage caused by these vehicles care being neglected. I purchased their insurance, but it doesn't cover your stuff, just theirs...be careful people.DOUGLAS S.
