Jeremiah NCab of truck was dirty n had a knife between the middle and passenger seat and has a horrible smell in it. But the gentleman was very nice and accommodating! But I would definitely recommend. Easy check in and drop off process. Thank you so much for your help
KAYLIE NI went to the Uhaul rental by Mojos first and about got attacked by a Pit Bull inside the Building. The female grabbed the Pit Bull and slammed the door in my face. The owner was inside Mojo BBQ and I went inside addressed what just happened and the owner was not concerned. I departed and drove across town to J Scott and he made me feel comfortable and saved the day. He had the truck I needed ready to go!! Beware of the Mojos location!
JOLENE GI was compensated for my hometown, Columbia, MO, not having any 10ft trucks on hand. I was giving an extra day and 30 miles for free if I were to pick up a truck in Fulton, MO, 30 miles from Columbia. Upon arrival I was met with a warm welcome and helped through the process of checking the truck out. I do not remember their names, but I want to thank them immensely!
MAYA MThe truck was dirty inside and smelled like dirt. The man was not professional at all and could not type the information right without me correcting him several times. He told us one price when we reserved it, and when we picked it up, it was a higher price. Then his printer didn’t work (he said he had fixed it sever times). We had to go to Staples to get the reservation printed and had to get a receipt where we dropped it off. The truck had problems with the shifter , going from park to drive and back. Other than that it drove good.

peggy aUhaul computer system was experiencing issues nationwide apparently. That cost valuable time loss to my travel however the staff at this location continued trying time after time until finally your issues were resolved. The staff at this location were great. UHAUL however did not score very high on my rating

If it wasn’t for those redeeming qualities I would not come back due to the pre imposed requirement of a 4 day rental for a trailer with out the option of shortening the time or refunding the customer because of an early drop off of equipment.

Patricia MUhaul was dirty and not cleaned. I had to clean it out before use. Blankets were thrown in back all over and check in was very unorganized.
Ashley BNo improvements for this location. The service at this location was great. They were able to obtain the trailer I needed as they didn’t have one at their site. The trailer I rented was clean and in overall decent shape (small dent in the driver side fender from a previous renter). The personnel there connected the trailer and ensured everything was in working order prior to me leaving. The online experience was terrible as I could not reserve the trailer using their website using either Edge or Chrome. Kept locking up after adding the extra insurance information.
ED kTJ was precise, clear, efficient and effective in taking care of our needs. In and out in no time. The trailer worked perfectly.

Annabel AThe staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was that I had reserved a 26foot and they only had a 15 foot. It worked but we had to make multiple trips instead of just one. That I believe was not the fault of the site but the online link, because I had also reserved a trailer for the prior day from Kansas City and they didn’t have the one I requested and the ones they did have weren’t going to work for what I needed and ended up not being able to bring the girls items from Kansas City to Fulton that weekend.

sandi sJeff was extremely helpful. He went to Jefferson City to pick up a trailer for me when U-Haul corporate tried to divert my rental to Ashland. I did not have time that day to add an hour at each end of my rental. He was friendly and the experience could not have been better. He didn't always answer the phone when I called, but he always got back to me quickly. I highly recommend. I'm renting a truck and dolly from him today. It's a small family business; they deserve some patience and grace.
Sharlette AI dropped my uhaul with them 20 minutes before due time. They charged me over $400 even after the Maris location had already taken money. Bait and Switch and fraud. No one told me I would end up paying almost $500 for an 8 hour rental with less than estimated mileage. I am livid!!!
Tresa AThink it needs front end work? Thought at first the tire was going to fall off. Then when i put gas in i thought it was to stop at where it was when i got it at 3/4 tank but it didnt so i paid for 1/4 tank more than i owed and spent $52.00 on gas. So no…was unpleasant experience. But we are moved.
SANDI BThey are NEVER there at your scheduled pickup time. Always a note on the door to call if you need assistance. I NEED them there at MY scheduled pickup time! NOT AT THEIR CONVIENINCE! It's RIDICULOUS!
