When you reserve a truck at a particular location. That truck should be at that location for pick up. I shouldn’t have to go to another location to pick up the truck. I chose the location because it was close to my move. I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to pick up my truck, should have been 3 blocks from my move. U-Haul should move the trucks for their customers.
