Very present said they would make note of the pads but nothing they could do about it. She also stated that uhaul doesn't provide those are dollies to the retailers. That needs to be fixed. My furniture is scrached to hell. I will be using someone else from now on and put thus out to the military community no more DITY moves form uhual.

Dawn DA two day rental really means 48 hours. They don’t tell you that. I was told to return it on Friday, I was not told a specific time. Even my rental receipt just said return Friday. I returned it at the end of the day on Friday, 51 hours later, and was charged an extra day. Really irritating.
MEREDITH JStaff was friendly but the truck had no running lights and the lights on the dashboard did not work. Actually got pulled over due to lights not working. Not only was it not safe but it could have been a lot worse than just a warning.

GARY MThe mirrors were extremely difficult to use and still left you with a blind spot while backing definitely a yeti person job packing up. Especially for a first time driver I did okay but I’m short and needed to have a pillow behind my back to reach the pedals.use some Soto of back up mirrors, cellphone converters or electric windows would have helped. Very tight turning radius with steering but we made and that’s all that’s important employees and staff extremely helpful and easy to work with ! Thank you for helping me move! Have agreat Friday!!!😊
DEBRA GFor U-Haul not location *very hard to update with photos when system does not upload … not upset but each time I have mopped and cleaned the truck … never received credit but also there was never an option past uploading photos to allow you to prove/verify you have done the work … Was a waste of my time each time *That I will share when recommending Uhaul … app is slow… 5g network and -all bars for signal. The cleaning and uploading pictures issue occurred 6 months apart , occurred at 2 different locations’ rental reservations … so Issue not about location and the wonderful people who have assisted me with my rentals At each of these locations

William AThe staff was friendly. The truck was clean but not in good condition. Truck had many deep scrapes and gouges all over it. Truck ran poorly and had check engine light on. Uhaul app is TERRIBLE. Had many issues. Pickup took 2 hours because of malfunctions. Drop off took 45 minutes because of app malfunctions. Pricing is extremely high for mileage. Total cost was $200 to take truck from rocky Mount to Martinsville and back, one day rental.

mark gI was not impressed with the online afterhours app. No only were we not able to navigate it , there was no support to help us. I had to go to the location on a weekday to set up a reservation for that evening to be able to move the furniture I was moving.. I would not recommend this location to anyone who could not meet with a real person. The app sucks.

SEANWHITNEY EPlease share with customers that a 20.00 after hour fee will be added to final bill. I feel customers shouldn’t be charged for a fee due to location hours being 9am - 2pm

Pamela PAlthough the associate at this location was extremely helpful, and gave great customer serviceI Ive had several issues with the company itself. The day I rented truck I paid 39.99 for a day rental, 0.89 a mile quoted @ 30 miles. I was offered insurace and accepted the lessor of the three offers at $15.00. (This was an option) Was told that the gas tank was at half tank when in fact when i got into it , it was @ less than half tank. Mileage was listed on contract as one more than what was actually on odometer. When i asked the associate about the gas when returned she said just put it back where it was when u picked it up. Realizing that day i would need the truck an additional day, when I called, the same associate answered and set me up with my request. But instead of charging me for another day @ $39.99 a day, I was charged for " extended use" @ $60 + dollars and some change. I was also not asked if I wanted to continue the insurance on the truck for that day.( It was sitting in a secured lot and not needed) but was charged for it anyway. On top of putting $15.00 in the gas tank and the gas needle back where it was, I was charged an additional $15.00 for gas cause the app they had on their system said it was 1pt. below. W.T.H.?!!!!!!! After complaining to the assoc. , she tried reaching the area mgr. but was unable to reach and left message or text for him to call me. The associate called me back and said that he would call me the following day which was Sat. Here it is now Sunday evening 6:53 p.m. and still waiting on phone call from area mgr. Never again!

Carolyn WI don't know if you are in my opinion able to make my experience better. Maybe you could make your computer program better. It for whatever reason cut off in the middle of the process and then would not allow you to sign back in for thirty minutes. She was very quick to get it back up and running in spite of your program.
