Couldn't get reservation completed. Couldnt add 2nd driver. Took 3 hours to get truck. Uhaul assign truck to a location that dod not have all equipment. Will think hard before using again. Check in ĺocation had confusing, difficult parking at check in. All people were nice, but 3 hrs and unclear directions?
