JOSHAUN AThe 10ft box truck that I rented ran okay (considering it had almost 120K on the odometer). I was concerned that the check engine light was on the entire time I used it. Also, the rear loading door would stay closed. As a matter of fact I was notified at a light that the door was open. That could have caused a major calamity as it filled right to the door & my belongings could have fallen out causing an accident. The only way to keep the rear door from opening even after being properly latched. Was to put padlock or physically tie it closed. I can’t imagine that another renter hadn’t brought this to the counter representative’s attention.

THOMAS SI had a reservation and the truck wasn’t there, I called customer service and I was on hold for almost two hours later and I had people that was going to help me move but we all lost time and money, not recommended
LUIS DDo not use this location. First, the Uhaul manager did not even bother to show up for work that day. Then they couldn't even find the truck which was in the front parking lot (I had to point it out to them). Next, they couldn't find the key. After about 40 minutes they finally found it. They tried to blame it on the customer who had it previously. Then they had to check the vehicle in before giving it to me and no one knew how to do it. By the time I got the truck over an hour had passed since the original reservation time. This cost me precious time.
