The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. How about greeting the customer and saying hello? It would have been helpful if the staff here mentioned that the drop off process needs to be completed on the website, instead of letting the customer figure it out by chance. Offering to lend a hand to a non-muscular, solo individual to push the tow dolly into the parking space would have been helpful as well.

STEPHEN LThis location has plenty of parking to leave your car when you pick up a truck. The self-help key pickup and drop off are secure and easily located, and the staff are right on top of things.

STEVEN PIt worked out fine for a drop off using the app, but there was a sign that said to drop off the truck in the back, but it was placed in a spot where I didn't see it until I had already submitted photos of the truck location and dropped the key in a box. Would be better if the app or paperwork indicated where the truck should be left.
Michael CDropped off while store was closed on Veterans Day so while I rated the personnel helpful as 'No' that is only because no one was available. I did self drop off using the UHaul app which was okay. Had trouble enabling smartphone location services but that's more of an iPhone thing than UHaul app. Unhooking trailer manually from tow receiver ball not fun. Your trailers really should be equipped with jacks. Surprised they aren't. Somewhat of a hazard to have to manually lift trailed of tow hitch.

We’d definitely use this location again, although we hope that (if we plan further ahead), we’d be able to pick up & drop off in Lovell. (We live in Lovell.).

ROBERT DThis might have been the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. To be very clear, this has NOTHING to do with either the pick up or drop off locations. This is in totality about the experience with U-Haul themselves. We rented a truck for pickup at 9 am on a Sunday morning. We followed the instructions for downloading the app, following all of the instructions to be verified and have it all ready for pickup. Once we arrived at the location, we followed the instructions to check in on the app only to find that that option wasn't there. We called customer service, the first of 4 times. We waited on hold for 28 minutes and finally got to a human (no easy feat!). They were able to see on their end that we had followed the instructions, been verified and that the app wasn't allowing us to check in. The feature was unavailable. We were told that we would be transferred to a tech support person to help. Instead, we were hung up on. Called for the 2nd time, another 17 minute wait. Another human, another verification that the issue was on their end....another transfer and this time to another person who went through the exact same process and then transferred us again, back to the first place we started. We had now been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour, delayed in our move and very frustrated. That person told us someone would call us back to help. We waited, 15 minutes, no call. We called again, for the 3rd time...we waited 21 minutes and went through the same process again....4 transfers later and 4 explanations later we finally got to a woman who offered to HELP! She could see all of the information and all of the verifications....all we needed this entire time was someone to access the code to the lockbox to get the keys to the truck. It took her 30 minutes to get there, but she finally did. So, our 9 am rental was finally accessed and had us on the road after 11 am. Not one person (other than our final savior) apologized, offered to help, tried to do anything to access the code....everyone passed the buck. Not one person offered to offer a refund or money off of our rental. No compensation. A company should not rely on an app to handle these things. This delay was a HUGE inconvenience for our move and should never have gone this way. There are so many people and scenarios where this could have derailed their entire move, caused major issues or might not have the capabilities to call and go through what we did to get our truck. I would never recommend this company and will never rent from them again. I work in sales...and customer service is #1. I am disappointed, disgruntled and deeply frustrated by moving away from a people forward business to allowing an app to provide your service. Thank you to the one woman (who's name I cannot recall and I apologize) for being the one person who listened and problem solved.

Richard LThere was just a mix-up between Uhaul and the company where I could pick up the truck and make the reservation. I was told pick up of the truck was at 9:00 am, and that I could get a 26' truck. I couldn't actually get a 26' at that location, only a 20' truck. They gave me extra miles for the inconvenience. Also pick up wasn't until 12:30 pm, so we lost 3.5 hours of moving time before we had to be out of our house. But the actual truck pick up, usage, and drop off went smoothly. We wouldn't have been able to move in the time we were given if we hadn't had the Uhaul truck. We are very grateful.
