GEORGE PI had trouble finding a toy hauler and went to the Dover, NH store and the rep there was able to find one for me. It was about 2 hours away from my home but it was the closest to me. It worked out well.

JOHN DThe built in straps were pretty beat up. They still worked fine but the ratcheting handle was pretty stiff like dirt or something was jammed in it.

MATTHEW ERented a one way auto transport from Haverhill MA for two days. Returned it in 5 hours here. I thought there may be a partial refund on my $225.00 but I guess not. I’ll ask more questions next time.

robert eI had to drive two hours to pick up because no one wanted to give up a trailer. I rent one of these twice a year for one way hauls. You would think one of the dealers more local to me would give one up. Dissatisfied

ANTON TEven though the posted hours said the shop was open, it was not. When I called, every option offered led to a machine that stated it was not an option, so I could not reach a person or a machine. I had to ask for help from nearby people to get the trailer off of my car. Fortunately, the trailer was checked in on time, but I did leave a note.... There were many trucks and trailers there, so maybe an off day for them...

chandra rThe customer service is very poor. I tried to call them to reclaim some keys that I left in the truck after I returned it and the voice mail prompts lead to nothing. The "press one for service, press two to speak to a representative" goes no where and you can not reach a human to call you back. Additionall I have dealt with them in person in the past and their attitude is very poor.

Joseph BThe customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. How about greeting the customer and saying hello? It would have been helpful if the staff here mentioned that the drop off process needs to be completed on the website, instead of letting the customer figure it out by chance. Offering to lend a hand to a non-muscular, solo individual to push the tow dolly into the parking space would have been helpful as well.

JOHN MThe personnel at JD Tool Repair reassured me I would not be responsible for any financial charges when they saw I had taken out the Safemove Plus coverage. They were helpful. But what still upsets me - to no fault of JD Tool - is the thought that I caused the damage to the truck.

MICHAEL BI had difficulty with the APP. Took thirty minutes plus two text requests and one phone call to gain access to the Truck. The truck itself ran smoothly and was comfortable.

STEPHEN LThis location has plenty of parking to leave your car when you pick up a truck. The self-help key pickup and drop off are secure and easily located, and the staff are right on top of things.

STEVEN PIt worked out fine for a drop off using the app, but there was a sign that said to drop off the truck in the back, but it was placed in a spot where I didn't see it until I had already submitted photos of the truck location and dropped the key in a box. Would be better if the app or paperwork indicated where the truck should be left.
