I love these guys so friendle. Every since I have been coming to Georgia from FL. And after I moved here I tried to use 2 other locations and just didn't work for me. And when this location moved further away from me, they are the only ones her in town I will use.

Susan HIt was clean and there were instructions on what to do if u drilled off the UHal after hours. Now the moving service from Albany, GA CJ moving solutions was a joke. Very unprofessional, I paid for 2 people for 2 hours at $190 for 2 people for 2 hours. Only 1 person showed up and I asked if I was supposed to pay him for Just one person since only one showed up. He said no I needed to lay the full price for the 2 people for 2 hours. He wasn’t even here for 2 hours, he dropped my Armwa off the dolly and busted the door off of it and didn’t offer to pay for it or give any money back or take any money of the moving bill, I would not recommend this company to anyone and will ktnhire them again and wljkdnt hire them to move my toliet. He was very unprofessional, didn’t ask where anything went he just came inside and set stuff wherever he wanted to without asking where it went. I feel like I should get all my money back especially since he broke my piece or die Juergen basically a dresser with drawers and door u can open ti they had two okacrsbtonjsngbdruff like kids shirt as this was going to be mybx3 year old sons when he fit a little older. I feel like I should have paid for one person for only 1.5 hours as he was also late. When I told him 5, called him. And texted gmail with updates when I was driving down and he got here at 5:30 pm or after and was gone by 6:45lm bc my brother and I had to help move everything and the reason I hired someone was bc I have major back and bod issues and I’m nit supposed to life anything over 10-15 lbs. so I was in excruciating pain in Sunday and I’m still in pain and it’s almost been a week max it’s not fun hurting like I am especially when I hired people to do they heavy lifting. He was rude, unprofessional, and very greedy as I should have only paid him 63 dollars for the less thsn 1.5 hours he was here and since only home person showed up not $190 for the 1 person at Jess then 1.5 hours of work . I would have prorated the job and only made it the person pay for one person for one and a half hours as he wasn’t even here for an hour and a half I feel like I should’ve paid him $60 for one person for less than an hour and a half and not $190 as that was the original price for two people for two hours. I would greatly appreciate you all looking into this and providing me some of my money back because I deserve it some money back because I had to unload the truck and I probably worked harder than he did and I paid somebody to do it and I have health problems and significant back problems and now I’m paying for it so I just feel like I deserve some money back in a good company will stand behind their products and their services and I hope U-Haul is one of those companies
Todd LI can’t think of anything else. I was greeted right away and the process was quick and only took about five minutes and the return was the same. Very professional but also made you feel like you were at home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nicole SThe ban was great. AC was igloo cold…loved it. Ran great. Plenty spacious enough for 10 bar height chairs. But, I had to park my vehicle across the street due to small parking lot at U-Haul. Someone siphoned all the gas out of my vehicle. I would not recommend leaving your vehicle parked there.
