We were charged twice. The agent at return was rude and very unhelpful. I will never rent truck from this location again.
Beth JWhen I arrived at the location, The representative asked me if I had a reservation. I had said, "no". He had asked me to go online and make a reservation to fill out the necessary information. I found that some of the information wouldn't go through because it was autofill and it put my name in capitals. It kept replying error but I couldn't figure out the reason until I typed in my name. Besides having a bit of difficulty inputing the info on my phone, it was a good experience.
