Make sure the truck they rented is actually at the location. It was a massive inconvenience. They called me the day before to notify me of Uhauls not available and now I had to drive an extra 40 miles. You would think a truck rental company would have its logistics together.

Chad DI was fraudulently charged an extra day. The owner never showed up for pick up or drop off. I had to text them everything. It caused me to leave late. I rented the trailer for two days, did not want the extra add on, but I was charged for an extra day and the insurance. Per my attachments you can see that I only had the trailer 2 days. You can also see how rude the owner was to me. I will never rent from that location again. I have already posted negative reviews on Yelp, and will be posting more negative reviews on Facebook and through U-Haul.

Robert Pparking area was not well lit and i was unsure where to park. I dropped off after hours and due to location, there was no wifi and internet signal was minimal so it was hard to upload the needed items for return.

CHRISTINA LCustomers need to be aware that the UHaul desk is not manned. Unless they know you are coming in, you must call their phone number and they will drive over. This will add 15-20 minutes to your check in process.
wayne tThe seatbelts are a big problem! My daughter couldn't put her seatbelt on because it was way too short. This is a huge safety issue! The truck went through gas way too fast! I put gas into that truck three different times.
